• Not use our platform for fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Not impersonate other projects, brands, or individuals
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Take responsibility for any tokens you create and their distribution

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Smart Drop to:

• Create tokens intended to defraud investors
• Conduct pump-and-dump schemes
• Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property
• Facilitate money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Create tokens that violate any applicable laws

Blockchain Transactions

All token creation occurs on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Smart Drop cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying all details before confirming any transaction.

Fees

Token creation may involve network fees (paid to Solana validators) and platform fees. All fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Smart Drop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that our platform will meet your specific requirements. Cryptocurrency and token creation involve significant risks, including the potential loss of funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Smart Drop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
